“I’m not really one for leaving reviews, however I got the tracker from the BSB round at knockhill, didnt get a chance to fit it for a few weeks, just happened to be another BSB round, the negative lead fell off, the tracker was replaced, no issues, however this one wouldn’t connect, again replaced but this time they came with me back to my van to confirm this one worked which it did, customer service isn’t about things not going wrong, but how things get fixed when they do go wrong, the customer service from them is second to none.. thank you very much.”

The simple steps to get started with Moto Halo Lite

1/ Easy Self Install

Your Moto Halo device ships ready for a simple two-wire connection — no external antennas, no complex wiring.

After installation, activate your device and choose the applicable airtime plan in the Moto Halo app to start tracking your vehicle.

2/ Activate with your smartphone

Power up the device and scan the QR code provided to download the Moto Halo app on your Android or iPhone.

Through the app you’ll choose your airtime plan, register the unit, and bring it live. As soon as activation is done, your device is linked to your account and starts streaming live tracking and alerts to your phone.

3/ Enjoy added security & Peace of mind

Once activated, view your vehicle’s location and receive tracker notifications in the app.

Do I need special tools for the self-fit device?
No. The self-fit device usually connects directly to the positive and negative battery terminals and can be installed with basic household tools (like a screwdriver to access the battery).

Yes you will require our App subscription to use your device and track your vehicle, we have a choice of subscriptions to choose from.

Lite typically takes around 15 minutes to self-install using the two-wire connection, followed by activation in the app. Follow the supplied installation instructions and contact Moto Halo if you need help checking your vehicle’s compatibility.

Once the device is physically installed (self-fit or professional), you simply scan the QR code that comes with the device and complete the activation process via the Moto Halo mobile app (available on Android/iOS).
